Persimmon Maca Turmeric Smoothie
A sweet, autumnal smoothie to boost your brains and metabolism.
Ingredients
- 1 persimmon
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger, or 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup almond milk, or other plant-based milk
- flax seed, mulberries, goji berries (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Pour over into a glass, add toppings and drink!
