Hi there, I’m Coco and in my world there isn’t much that beats home-cooked food and sharing it with others. Here, I’ll be sharing my labours of love and kitchen experiments with whoever comes across this little corner of the internet.  My food philosophy is that there’s nothing I won’t try, and that all the best things are made from scratch. I believe in using whole foods that shouldn’t be too tricky to find, with the intent to make your step towards healthier, more vibrant living a little bit easier and a whole lot tastier! That doesn’t mean that there won’t be plenty of recipes with new twists and unexpected ingredients though, so keep your eyes peeled for miso in gelato, saffron in muesli, and blueberries in guac.

Growing up and living across three continents in Gabon, UAE, Greece, Cyprus, France, Italy, and the Netherlands you’ll find that I derive my culinary inspiration from the vast food cultures of the world. I love exploring the different interpretations of one single vegetable or spice depending on which country, region, or even home it’s being cooked in! You’ll find me making recipes catered to vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, raw, grain-free diets, carnivores, psychonauts (what?) and for those who eat anything at all. Here and there I’ll also be delving into some of the gifts of our soil and sun with detailed ingredient articles, skincare recipes, and photo essays and share with you what I learn along the way.  

All eaters are welcome! Let’s put on our aprons (just kidding, I don’t own a single shirt that isn’t stained) and get started.
